2009 Updates

Williamsgrove- April 17

The Austin Reed Racing team started off the night bad by drawling a 71 out of 75 pill which lead them to start 9th in the heat but with a strong car they finished 5th one spot out of qualifying. So they started 1st in the consey and finished 1st. Starting 18th in the feature they knew they had to really drive the wheels off of it to get a good finish, and they did with a 12th place finish.

Lincoln- April 11

The Austin Reed Racing team started 3rd and finished 3rd in the heat race qualifying for the feature. Started 3rd in the feature and fell back to 4th, running 4th for 17 laps till the right rear torsion stop broke and the 34 car had to pull in, ending there night with 3 laps to go.

Lincoln- March 28

Rained out

Williamsgrove- March 20

The Austin Reed Racing team started off there first race at the grove by starting 5th and finishing 4th in the heat. Starting 13th in the feature Austin just gonna get a handle on the car but stick in there to finish 14th.

Lincoln- March 14

The Austin Reed Racing team had a good run starting 3rd and finishing 2nd. Which lead them to start 5th after drawling for there starting spot. But with 2 laps into the feature they had to pull in due to engine problems.

The Austin Reed Racing team changed from J&J to Maxim Chassis and hope to see better results in the 2009 racing season.
